Internships and Work Experience

Gaining work experience in your chosen field of study is important for developing applicable skills and obtaining a rewarding career after graduation. We realize the importance of this experience and help our students in obtaining valuable work experience.

Jeremy, an Animal Science major, obtained experience through an internship with Bob & Julie Morton of Green Mountain Red Angus. He did all types of ranch work including feeding, calving, and breeding. Learn more...

"If anything my internship has helped me to become more confident in my skills and decision making abilities. This gives me a lot of confidence when thinking about going out on my own running a ranch for someone else or even running my own ranch." - Jeremy
