Susan is an Administrative Associate III for the Animal & Range Sciences Department.  She is the Assistant to the Department Head, Office Manager and Administrative Team Leader.

Anita Gray

Anita is an Administrative Associate II and provides support for the Extension Beef/Cattle Specialist, the Range Management Specialist, the Associate Wildlife Specialist, and the Livestock Environment Associate Specialist. She is the contact person for both the Ag Lenders Range School and the Montana Livestock Forum and Nutrition Conference.  Anita processes orders for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) Integrated Resource Management books for each county. She also provides program support for the Steer-A-Year Program and the Beef Network.

Julie Hager
Julie is an Administrative Associate II and provides support for Animal & Range Science faculty and the Extension Forage Specialist.  She is the contact person for the Extension Horse Program coordinating the MSU Equine Conference, the MSU Top of the West Ranch Horse Sale, and the MSU Youth Horsemanship School.  Julie also coordinates job placement for Animal & Range Science undergraduates;  connecting producers, companies, and businesses with students and alumni.

Peggy Kelley

Peggy is an Administrative Associate II and provides support for several extension specialists including the sheep specialist, the veterinary entomologist, and the pesticide education specialist.  She receives data from counties for the Symbol of Excellence (swine) and Montana Certified Lamb (sheep) state-wide carcass contests and distributes certificates for both.  In addition to providing assistance to those associated with the Sheep Institute, Peggy processes data for on-farm tests and the Montana Central Ram Test; and is the contact person for the MSU Shearing Schools.

Denise Thompson  

Denise is an Administrative Associate II and is responsible for class schedules, University catalog, student files, working with faculty and advisors, departmental scholarships, and all student related issues. Denise is the contact person in the Student Records Office.

Lisa is an Accounting Associate IV for the Animal & Range Sciences Department. She performs the accounting and fiscal management for all federal, state, extension, and private funds.
