THE RANCH WORKFORCE PROJECT is a limited-series podcast that brings together employers, educators, consultants and ranch professionals to explore one of the most pressing challenges in American agriculture: the deepening labor shortage on farms.

The podcast is a collaboration between the Ranchers Stewardship Alliance and the Montana State University Dan Scott Ranch Management Program. Hosts are Haylie Shipp, Ranchers Stewardship Alliance communications director, and Dr. Rachel Frost, program lead of the MSU Dan Scott Ranch Management Program.
