THE RANCH WORKFORCE PROJECT is a limited-series podcast that brings together employers, educators, consultants
and ranch professionals to explore one of the most pressing challenges in American
agriculture: the deepening labor shortage on farms.
The podcast is a collaboration between the Ranchers Stewardship Alliance and the Montana State University Dan Scott Ranch Management Program . Hosts are Haylie Shipp, Ranchers Stewardship Alliance communications director, and
Dr. Rachel Frost, program lead of the MSU Dan Scott Ranch Management Program.
